Rohrs Promoted to Supervisor of Test Methods and Operations

Kathleen Rutledge, CEO and founder of 21st Sensory, is proud to announce the promotion of Frances (Jolly) Rohrs to the newly created position of Supervisor, Test Methods and Operations. “We conduct research projects for clients around the globe,” said Rutledge, “Every project has unique elements that require documentation and rigid control. Jolly has long demonstrated the ability to plan and manage projects with extreme attention to fine details.”


Initially hired as a part time sensory descriptive panelist in 1998, Rohrs was offered full time employment in 2000 to support test operations and to lead sensory projects. She has provided technical support traveling with panels to client sites from Tulsa to Toronto. In 2003, she took on the responsibilities of supervising and conducting consumer research.


21st Sensory has conducted thousands of projects providing sensory descriptive analysis and consumer research for over 200 food, beverage, and consumer products manufacturers globally.
