Lisa Soules
Sensory Project Leader
Since joining 21st Sensory as a panelist in 2000, Lisa has participated in a variety of food, beverage and SkinSensory™ descriptive analysis projects, and is an experienced project leader since 2002. Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, bringing a methodical approach to each project. She has compiled and edited internal training manuals for new trainees of the company. Among her other experiences, Lisa assisted editing the publication ASTM E18 Lexicon for Sensory Attributes Relating to Texture and Appearance under the direction of Kathleen Rutledge. As a project leader, her list of descriptive analysis panels continues to grow.
