Kathleen Pillsbury Rutledge

Founder of 21st Sensory, Inc. in 1994, Kathleen has achieved national recognition for her contributions to the science of descriptive sensory testing. She is a visiting University lecturer. Her publications on training sensory descriptive panels are widely used in US Army and European corporate and university sensory training programs. Kathleen is a contributing member of ASTM Sensory Analysis Subcommittee E-18 and was the editor of DS69 Lexicon for Sensory Attributes Relating to Texture and Appearance and is active in the IFT Sensory Evaluation Division. She is active in the Bartlesville community having served as past chairman of the Board of Directors for the Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, on the Bartlesville Symphony Board and is a member of the Daybreak Rotary Club.
