Joining 21st Sensory in 1998, Jolly wears several hats that include Consumer Test Coordinator, Descriptive Project Leader and Project Quality Control Administrator. Typical consumer tests range from major QSR research studies employing hundreds of judges to less complex discrimination studies. Jolly has worked on the protocol development of SkinSensory Analysis and monitors projects for quality control. Her broad knowledge and training in Sensory Analysis and Consumer Studies make her an invaluable asset to the company. She is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists.
