Betty Sapp
Director of Operations
Joining the company in 1997, Betty's education includes a M.Ed. emphasizing math and science and a B.S. in Business Administration. These, combined with her experience in project management and lab supervision, provide 21st Sensory with a strong foundation in experimental test design, data analysis and business organization. Betty works with clients in designing and planning their projects, oversees daily operations, and provides statistical analysis of the data. She is a contributing member of ASTM E18 Sensory Evaluation Committee and IFT.
