Nancy joined 21st Sensory in 2004 as a panelist, becoming a project leader in 2010 with experience in focus groups. In 2011 Nancy because Logistics Leader, overseeing daily operations and providing statistical analysis of data. She attended Otterbein College, majoring in Biology. She was the volunteer director of lighting at Theater Bartlesville for 5 years, receiving Volunteer of the Year for three of those years.
